Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement holistic marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence, drive customer engagement, and achieve company goals.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and professional growth.
  • Shape and evolve the company’s branding initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's values, vision, and market positioning.
  • Oversee and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and creativity.
  • Conduct and leverage market research and consumer insights to identify trends, new opportunities, and competitive strategies.
  • Collaborate with product development, sales, and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Oversee the company’s digital presence, including social media, SEO, and online reputation management, ensuring a strong connection with the target audience.

Requirements
