We are seeking a strategic, innovative, and results-driven General Manager of Marketing to lead the marketing efforts of our Patisserie brand. The ideal candidate will spearhead our marketing strategy, ensuring the brand’s growth, visibility, and connection with our customers across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement holistic marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence, drive customer engagement, and achieve company goals.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Shape and evolve the company’s branding initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's values, vision, and market positioning.
- Oversee and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and creativity.
- Conduct and leverage market research and consumer insights to identify trends, new opportunities, and competitive strategies.
- Collaborate with product development, sales, and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Oversee the company’s digital presence, including social media, SEO, and online reputation management, ensuring a strong connection with the target audience.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, preparing actionable reports to refine strategies and improve effectiveness.
- Act as a key stakeholder in identifying and building partnerships or collaborations that enhance brand reach and reputation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a strong advantage.
- Minimum 8 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in the F&B or retail industry with a deep understanding of market dynamics and challenges.
- Demonstrated success in planning and executing advanced CRM and loyalty strategies to drive customer engagement and retention.
- Proficient in marketing analytics tools and platforms to measure and optimize marketing performance.
- Expertise in digital marketing, including social media, SEO/SEM, content marketing and performance analytics.
- Strong track record in branding and storytelling, with the ability to create compelling narratives.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
