Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Hospitality, Business Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B operations, with proven experience handling multiple outlets.
  • Strong operational capability in SOP implementation, service quality, and problem‑solving.
  • Solid understanding of cost control, inventory management, and basic P&L analysis.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills in fast‑paced environments.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage daily operations across multiple F&B outlets to ensure consistency and service excellence.
  • Monitor sales performance, operational costs, and customer satisfaction to achieve business targets.
  • Implement and maintain SOPs for service, kitchen operations, hygiene, and inventory control.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Outlet Managers and operational teams to build a high‑performing culture.
  • Conduct regular outlet visits, operational reviews, and corrective action plans to improve performance.
