The ideal candidate will possess over 6 years of experience in the water treatment industry, particularly in managing sales for wastewater treatment or water treatment projects. This position emphasizes the need for strong leadership, networking skills, and the ability to implement sales strategies that achieve company KPIs. Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of experience in management or Senior Sales Manager roles.
- Experience with Government/BUMN projects.
- Strong client network preferred.
- Aggressive, hard worker, agile, and independent candidate.
Responsibilities
- Implement sales activities to achieve company growth.
- Guide sales and technical support teams.

We are looking for a highly skilled sales and wide network and experienced Water Treatment Sales Manager to lead our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong customers and network combined with exceptional leadership and communication skills. As the Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for sales and marketing activities ensuring that our products and services meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and implement company strategies and drive revenue/profit growth with company KPI
- To implement company sales activities, with KPI to achieve company growth strategy
- To guide/ drive sales team and technical support team
- Accountable for the sales revenues & profit for the company
- Manage the oversee equipment, distributors and suppliers
- Direct Sales/ Marketing to increase new clients base and revenues
- Agree for point of hire is EAST JAKARTA (JAKARTA TIMUR)
- Minimum 6 years < experience in management/ Senior Sales Skill Manager and must from Wastewater treatment Plant / Water Treatment PlantIndustry
- Experience with Government / BUMN Project
- Having strong sales & marketing activities actions , implement company strategy to achieve sales KPI
- Strong leadership and management skill
- Any Disciplines and Bachelor degree in Engineering/ Business/ Chemical will be advantages
- Having strong client networks will be advantages
