Project-based supply of construction material and services.

Import activities.

Intercompany accounts.

Managing a team of 2 personnel.

Based in West Jakarta.

Financial Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare, review, and present accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Accounting Operations:

Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.

Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all accounting records and transactions.

Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Tax Compliance and Auditing:

Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.

Coretax system.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Develop and manage the weekly budgeting process, including the preparation of forecasts.

Monitor and report on budget variances, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Cost Management:

Record and analyze project costs.

Internal Controls:

Establish and maintain strong internal document controls.

Systems Management:

Application of accounting systems and software.

Record keeping and archiving.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

Minimum of 10 years of accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.

Preference for candidates with experience with international companies.

Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Self-motivated and multitasker.

Proficiency in Accurate accounting software and ERP systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
