Manager of Strategic Corporate Finance

The Manager of Strategic Corporate Finance will hold a pivotal position in analyzing and controlling the cost structure of the company's projects. This role is instrumental in managing the company's overall costs, effectiveness, tax management, and cash flow. Working closely with the commercial team, this position ensures that each project achieves minimum profitability and avoids hidden costs that could reduce profitability. The Manager will also be responsible for the strategic management of the company's overall cost structure, cash flow, profit, and loss (P/L), and taxation. This position reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (such as CPA or CFA) is preferred.
• Skills: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with an ability to conduct detailed financial analysis and develop effective financial strategies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the commercial team and senior management.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of financial principles, tax laws, and regulations. Proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and the use of financial software.
