• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to achieve cost efficiency
• Procure raw materials and components based on production schedules
• Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant departments to prevent shortages or overstock
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures
• Provide regular reports on purchasing activities and cost performance

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree from Architecture or Interior Design
• Have at least 3 years of hands‑on experience in planning and overseeing overall functions of material management as per bill of materials in Furniture & Interior Construction, entailing Vendor Development, Sourcing, Procurement, Logistics, Contracts, etc.
• Proficient in reading shop drawings or construction drawings
• Good analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Proactive, strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail are essential
• Honest and good attitude to work in challenging environment
