CORE NETWORK TECHNICAL DIRECTOR (FOR ZTE)

Responsible for successful performance and delivery of the project.

Create project implementation plan, project quality plan, cost control plan, following up project delivery progress.

Manage and control project schedule, cost, quality, scope, risk, etc. to meet requirements of the contract and customer.

Communication management, escalation of major/critical issues during project implementation.

Organizing to complete PATP, FATP, PAC as project schedule, establish and improve relationship with customer.

Requirement

Fluent at English, able to communicate with customers and local employees in English.

Have courage and confidence to report to customer's senior management.

Knowledge of the key control points of engineering delivery and the engineering delivery process.

Lead the team to complete the delivery work.

Have strong team management, team communication, and team coordination capabilities.

Able to work under strong pressure and have good resistance.
