Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Procurement & Logistics Officer to manage end‑to‑end purchasing and supply chain operations. You will ensure cost‑effective sourcing of materials while optimizing logistics for seamless delivery across our branch academies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • 1. Purchasing (Core Duties - 70%)
  • Source, negotiate, and purchase goods/services
  • Build and maintain relationships with local suppliers
  • Compare vendor quotes and ensure cost‑effectiveness
  • Track inventory levels and prevent shortages
  • Prepare purchase orders, invoices, and payment requests
  • 2. Logistics (30%)
  • Coordinate shipments and deliveries to branch academies
  • Liaise with warehouses and delivery partners
  • Ensure timely deliveries and resolve any logistical issues
  • Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in procurement with logistics exposure
  • Must have basic English proficiency (standard conversation level)
  • Proficiency in Excel and procurement software (e.g. Great Plain)
  • Strong negotiation and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
