Job summary

A leading candy manufacturer in Bogor, Indonesia seeks a Costing Supervisor to prepare reports on product costs, conduct inventory management, and analyze performance metrics. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related fields, along with 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing costing. Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly SAP, is preferred. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills to support efficient production processes.

• Proficient in COGM/HPP calculation, BOM, variance analysis.
• Strong analytical skills, capable of working with complex and detailed data.

Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly reports and presentations on waste, product rejects, utilities, and overhead usage for production review.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities while maintaining product quality standards.
• Conduct regular inventory stock opname and reconciliation for RM, PM, WIP, and finished goods.
• Analyze and report inventory performance, including buffer stock, waste & reject, slow‑moving items, and DOI by plant and material.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Marketing teams to provide accurate cost data for NPL/NPD launches.
• Maintain and ensure accuracy of inventory, costing modules, and master data in ERP (SAP), including audit support.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing costing; supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in COGM/HPP calculation, BOM, variance analysis, and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Strong analytical skills, detail‑oriented, and capable of working with complex and detailed data.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
