Responsibilities

• Manage and control injection production processes to ensure compliance with GMP, quality standards, and applicable regulations.
• Develop, approve, and monitor injection production planning and scheduling in line with company objectives.
• Ensure effective management of injection production lines to achieve productivity, efficiency, quality, and cleanliness targets.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
• Ensure all injection production equipment is properly validated, maintained, and utilized effectively.
• Lead and oversee GMP inspections and ensure full compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
• Implement and monitor health, safety, and environment (HSE) standards across injection production areas.
• Manage injection production budgets, including planning, monitoring, and cost control.
• Collaborate with senior management to define injection production strategies and capacity planning.
• Approve and manage injection production setup for new products or process changes as required.
• Lead, develop, and evaluate injection production team performance, including competency development and succession planning.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional departments to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
• Prepare and present injection production performance reports to management.
