Job Description
  • Develop and execute purchasing strategies for packaging, equipment, utensils, furniture, and operational supplies.
  • Source, evaluate, negotiate, and contract suppliers to ensure best price, quality, and lead time.
  • Conduct cost analysis, benchmarking, and total cost of ownership review.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to forecast purchasing needs.
  • Ensure compliance with purchasing policies and internal controls.
  • Monitor PR/PO status and secure on-time delivery with zero stock-outs.
  • Support new store openings, projects, and operational improvements.
  • Develop alternative suppliers to maintain supply continuity and cost efficiency.
