We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Service Provider team in Bali. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project costs, preparing estimates, and ensuring financial efficiency throughout the construction process.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Monitor and control project budgets
• Prepare progress claims and cost reports
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms with suppliers and subcontractors
• Evaluate variations and manage project financials
• Identify cost-saving opportunities
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure successful project delivery

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and cost estimation
• Proficient in quantity surveying software and MS Excel
• Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
