Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in cost estimation for oil & gas or infrastructure projects.
• Experience with EPCI project environments and class II or III estimates.
• Proficient in civil, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation cost estimation.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation of detailed cost estimates based on project definition.
• Develop and maintain Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) aligned with reporting systems.
• Conduct market analysis and benchmarking using historical data.
• Identify cost-related risks and recommend contingency allowances.
• Collaborate with engineering and procurement teams for validation.
• Perform cost impact assessments for project scenarios.
• Prepare detailed cost reports and variance analyses.
• Provide validated cost estimates for final investment decisions.
• Supervise and mentor junior estimators.
