As we continue expanding our brand and elevating our visual presence, we’re looking for a Content Creator who can capture our story through powerful, consistent, and engaging visuals. You’ll play a key role in shaping how the world sees us — across digital platforms, in-gym experiences, and branded materials.

Apply and maintain Reload Sanctuary’s brand guidelines across all design and content outputs.

Develop cohesive templates for digital, print, and internal use to ensure consistency.

Produce weekly visuals for Instagram and TikTok — including posts, carousels, stories, reels, and cover thumbnails.

Film, photograph, and edit high-quality content aligned with brand direction.

Format all content for platform-specific ratios and requirements.

Design and create promotional materials for marketing pushes, new launches, programs, and special events.

Produce visuals and collateral for Founding Member initiatives (cards, boxes, merchandise mockups, etc.).

Develop signage, posters, trainer boards, class schedules, and membership/pricing sheets.

Prepare accurate, print-ready files when needed.

Produce mockups and artwork for apparel, merchandise, and product collections.

Work with vendors when needed to refine branding for physical goods.

Create graphics for paid ads across Meta, Google, outdoor media, and billboards in multiple sizes and variations.

Design website banners, landing page graphics, and supporting visuals.

Create branded templates for presentations, proposals, and reports for internal team use.

Deliver organized, editable, and print-ready files.

Maintain structured folder systems for smooth access and long-term use by the team.

Strong skills in videography, photography, and editing (mobile or professional setup).

Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, or equivalent).

Understanding of social media trends, especially in fitness, lifestyle, and community-driven content.

Ability to work independently and execute creative ideas with speed and quality.

A good eye for detail, composition, and brand consistency.

Bonus: Experience working with fitness studios, gyms, or lifestyle brands.
