Job description
Responsibilities

Prepare monthly and quarterly budget forecasts.

Develop quarterly sales contract projections.

Work with the HR Department to address staffing needs and fill vacancies.

Lead weekly team meetings to review revenue, promotional programs, booth expansion, promoter performance, and merchandising activities.

Negotiate sales agreements with key dealers.

Conduct market and dealer site visits.

Oversee product and sales promotional campaigns.

Drive the introduction and expansion of new products.

Coordinate with the Marcom Department on advertising and board procurement.

Collaborate with the SCM Department on product delivery and returns.

Work with the Product Management Department on campaign planning and dealer support initiatives.

Coordinate with Finance and Accounting on accounts receivable, taxes, and dealer support programs.

Liaise with the SOD Channel regarding pricing lists.

Job Requirements

Willing to be placed at all Branch Offices all over Indonesia and to be rotated at any time.

Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales (preferably from electronic industry).

Have a strong networking, good understanding of market and strong passion in Sales.

Fluent in English both spoken and written.

Have strong leadership, confidence, good communication, negotiation, honest, target-oriented and able to work under pressure.
