What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote Bonana Coffee's products and services
• Managing all aspects of our marketing campaigns, including advertising, social media, events, and public relations
• Collaborating with the sales team to ensure marketing activities align with and support the company's overall business objectives
• Analysing market trends and customer insights to identify new opportunities for growth
• Overseeing the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, including website content, brochures, and promotional materials
• Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement
• Managing and mentoring a team of marketing professionals to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality work
