Job Description
  • Responsible for sales target as well as sales budget and analyzing store sales.
  • Manage daily store operations across all branches, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.
  • Conduct regular visits to each branch to monitor performance, provide support, and maintain operational consistency.
  • Operational and generating reports on the daily/monthly/yearly sales.
  • Monitoring and controlling the efficiency of stores on a daily basis; including sales performance & strategy, inventory management, advertising & promotion, and customer service.
  • Ensure all store operations align with the company’s standard operating procedures (SOP) and policies.
  • Address store teams’ performance issues by monitoring, evaluating, and providing guidance to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance store performance by improving customer experience, elevating service quality, and strengthening operational standards.
  • Oversee inventory management and stock verification, ensuring accuracy, minimizing discrepancies, and maintaining optimal stock levels across all branches.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth cross‑functional operations and support business growth.
