The Digital Marketing Officer is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple online platforms. This role requires strong creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of digital trends to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising
- Plan, run, and optimize paid ads on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and creatives.
- Monitor daily ad performance and adjust budgets and targeting for best ROI.
Social Media Management
- Develop monthly content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging posts, captions, reels, stories, and short videos.
- Respond to comments, messages, and maintain active engagement.
- Track social media performance analytics.
SEO & Website Management
- Improve website SEO ranking through keyword research, content optimization, and backlink strategies.
- Manage website updates, banners, landing pages, and blogs.
- Track website traffic and conversion goals using Google Analytics / GA4.
Content Creation
- Work with design and photography/videography teams when needed.
- Ensure consistent brand voice across all platforms.
Email Marketing
- Manage email campaigns through Mailchimp / HubSpot / other tools.
- Build subscriber lists and create automation workflows.
- Analyze open rates, CTR, and conversions.
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management.
- Monitor KPIs such as CPC, CPL, ROAS, CTR, SEO ranking, engagement rate, etc.
- Suggest improvements and new strategies based on data.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and creative teams to support marketing initiatives.
- Assist in planning promotions, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
- Support offline marketing when necessary.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years experience in digital marketing.
- Experience running paid ads and managing social media accounts.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and analytics tools.
- Ability to design basic marketing materials (Canva or Adobe Suite).
- Excellent writing (Bahasa Indonesia & English preferred).
- Strong creativity and ability to produce engaging content.
- Analytical thinking and ability to track KPIs.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
