To build and maintain a strategic portfolio of KOLs, KOCs, and creators in the Indonesian market. You will be responsible for identifying and establishing local partnerships that effectively reach target audiences, amplify brand messaging, and deliver direct commercial results.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, evaluate, and recruit beauty creators across all tiers on Indonesian platforms who align with our brand identity.
- Lead end-to-end business negotiations with Indonesian KOLs, MCNs, and agencies, covering outreach, contracting, and performance management.
- Establish and maintain long‑term, solid partnerships with top Indonesian beauty creators and their teams.
- Develop tiered and customized KOL collaboration strategies tailored to the characteristics of the Indonesian market.
- Efficiently manage the KOL partnership budget, ensuring ROI and clear performance tracking.
- Serve as the internal expert on the Indonesian beauty influencer ecosystem, providing market insights and strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken (Mandarin will be advantage).
- 2+ years of experience in business development, partnership management, or KOL procurement, with at least 2 years focused on the cosmetics, skincare, FMCG, or pharmaceutical industries.
- Extensive, existing network within the Indonesian beauty KOL, MCN, and agency ecosystem.
- Strong commercial negotiation skills, cross‑cultural communication, and relationship management abilities.
- Having experience working at a local Indonesian beauty MCN, agency, or competing brand will be priority.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian advertising regulations and compliance requirements related to influencer marketing.
