Job description

We are looking for a results-oriented E-commerce Lead or Marketplace Operation Lead who can accelerate growth, strengthen platform presence, and deliver outstanding commercial outcomes for our brand portfolio.

This is a high-impact position where strategic thinking, analytical excellence, and strong business acumen meet executional leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the analysis and optimization of brand assortment, pricing, and promotion strategies to maximize revenue performance.

Monitor and interpret key e-commerce metrics across Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, and Lazada (GMV, CTR, C_O, GPM, UV, PV, etc.) to identify opportunities and gaps.

Drive the execution of platform promotion tools (Flash Sale, Bundles, Vouchers, and other mechanics) to boost conversion and traffic.

Manage and optimize marketplace advertising to achieve efficient ROI and campaign scalability.

Oversee daily e-commerce operations and ensure seamless execution across channels.

Lead campaign submissions and deliver sharp, actionable post-mortem insights to guide future strategy.

Build strong internal alignment and maintain strategic relationships with platform partners to unlock growth levers and exclusive opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.

3–5 years of proven experience in big brands, e-commerce enablers, or marketplace platforms.

Strong commercial awareness with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Highly analytical with strong numerical capabilities and a data-driven mindset.

Experience handling established or fast-growing brands is a strong advantage.

Fast learner, adaptable, and able to thrive in a high-pace commercial environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and business reporting.
