ABM Facility Services UK is recruiting Forklift Truck Drivers on a full-time and part-time permanent basis for a high-profile client in Dartford. The role involves working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment providing janitorial and waste removal services. Our team comprises ambitious and motivated individuals fostering a fun and friendly work environment.

• Work within our janitorial and waste removal team in a warehouse environment, performing duties effectively and efficiently.
• Handle waste generated on site via approved waste streams and support waste removal to ensure continuous production.
• Operate walk-behind and ride-on sweepers and scrubber-dryers, maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the yard area.
• Maintain cleaning equipment in a clean, safe, and operational condition.
• Respond promptly to client requests and callouts on site.
• Communicate effectively with team members and line managers.
• Wear PPE and adhere to health and safety policies.
• Work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication skills.
• Undertake full training on cleaning methods and equipment, which will be provided.

• Basic disclosure check and knowledge of health and safety requirements or willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods or willingness to learn.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with a flexible approach.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Valid private counterbalance forklift license (in-house training not accepted).
