In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our client experience, working across our portfolio of brands to ensure we consistently deliver the highest level of service.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service
- Build and nurture strong, lasting client relationships
- Handle enquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate client requests with accuracy and efficiency
- Use CRM systems and BigChange to manage client interactions effectively
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure
- Previous experience in client relations, account management, or customer service (essential)
