In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our client experience, working across our portfolio of brands to ensure we consistently deliver the highest level of service.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service
  • Build and nurture strong, lasting client relationships
  • Handle enquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate client requests with accuracy and efficiency
  • Use CRM systems and BigChange to manage client interactions effectively
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure
  • Previous experience in client relations, account management, or customer service (essential)
