We are looking for the right person to join us, working as
part of a small team at Inverter Fusion (IFL) in Honiton. We sell and
distribute a wide range of welding equipment as well as manufacture our own
brand of welder. We sell to both the general public and businesses, either face
to face in our trade counter or online. We are a group of three companies,
Inverter Fusion, TWM Technology and Eurotech. This is a fantastic opportunity

Though it would be beneficial to have experience in a
welding / welding equipment knowledge, it is not necessary as this is a great
opportunity to learn on the job and will suit anyone with local area knowledge,
looking to learn something new.
Experience in Microsoft Office and general computer use is
important and must be comfortable in a customer facing role. You must have good
organisational skills with the ability to prioritise your own work. We are
looking for a good team player to fit in with our team with an emphasis on the
following tasks and responsibilities:
Carrying out machinery maintenance, repairs, calibration and
general servicing work as well as production at an assembly and component
level.
Conforming to the health and safety requirements of the
areas.
Good eye for detail when working on equipment.
Assisting all departments with work as and when required
across TWM and IFL
Assisting on site visits and being expected to get stuck
into anything when needed.
Maintaining good customer communications as required in the
shop, on the phone and via email.
General Trade counter duties (tidying up, deliveries,
paperwork).
This role will suit someone who wants to work in a varied
and busy environment as part of a small team. The successful person will have a
can-do attitude and be prepared to turn a hand to whatever task is required .
You must have a strong work ethic. Moving goods and loading some heavy orders
into customers vehicles may be required.
Training
A blend of work based and college based learning.
Qualifications required
Maths and English GCSE - 4 and above

Prospects
Upon successful completion of Level 2 Engineering Operative, there is the chance to progress onto your Level 3.
