• Proven sales experience (B2B, B2C, F2F, D2D or similar)
• Energy sector experience (not essential; full training provided)
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets
• Self-motivated with a drive for success
• Ability to manage your own workload and pipeline
• Enthusiastic and passionate character

1. Cold calling potential clients and explaining the benefits of NGP’s services
2. Questioning current procurement strategies and identifying improvements
3. Tender preparations and supplier negotiations
4. Managing client relationships and monitoring pipeline for renewals or further opportunities
5. Complying with all policies & procedures

• Industry-leading compensation package: Negotiable base salary (£25,000 – £40,000 DoE) + uncapped commission with an OTE of £100,000+
