About the role: Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our dynamic and fast-paced Talent Acquisition team. In this pivotal role, you'll help ensure a seamless, professional, and engaging recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring that each stage is efficient, compliant, and aligned with our employer brand. You'll provide a high-quality, proactive administrative service throughout the recruitment process and offer daily support to the wider Talent Acquisition team. Key responsibilities include managing job advertisements, scheduling interviews, maintaining recruitment systems, and communicating with candidates.
You'll work closely with hiring managers to enhance candidate engagement, uphold safer recruitment standards, and support internal and external communications that showcase Activate Learning as an employer of choice.
This is a permanent, full-time role based at our Oxford College, with the flexibility of hybrid working.
What do you need to be a successful Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator at Activate Learning?
The successful candidate will bring hands-on recruitment coordination or talent-acquisition experience in fast-moving settings, pairing ATS proficiency with data-driven insight. They excel at crafting engaging employer-brand content, running referral schemes, and steering clear, confident communications with stakeholders at every level. Highly organised and detail-oriented, they juggle multiple priorities while safeguarding data integrity, championing continuous improvement, and leveraging the full Microsoft Office suite.
