The successful Sales Estimator role duties :-

• Create accurate and timely quotations for a range of customers, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Understand customer requirements, gather manufacturing and material cost data, and compile internal costing sheets as well as understanding customer drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with external sales and internal departments to ensure quotations are aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
• Maintain and improve the internal CRM database, ensuring it is always up-to-date.
• Analyse sales performance data to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• Manage and lead the internal sales team, including resource planning and conducting annual appraisals.

What You Will Bring:

• At least two years of experience in a similar role within an engineering company.
• Competence in understanding customer drawings, specifications, and procedures.
• Experience in CNC machining, particularly prismatic milling.
• Knowledge of AS9100 standards and a high level of computer literacy.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to devise innovative solutions and manage customer accounts effectively.
