Marketing & Sales Support Executive - Stand-Alone Marketing Role

Location: Edenbridge, Kent
Salary: 30-35,000
Hours: Full-Time Permanent 9am-5pm

We're looking for a commercially minded Marketing & Sales Support Executive. This is a hands‑on role working closely with the external sales team to identify opportunities, understand customer/product groups, and drive targeted campaigns that deliver real commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and customer profiling to support sales.
  • Maintain and maximise the CRM system.
  • Produce sales and management reports.
  • Support the sales team with quotes, product info, and customer insights.
  • Manage website content and SEO.
  • Develop LinkedIn and digital channels (organic & paid).
  • Create engaging content aligned to brand guidelines.
  • Plan and deliver multi‑channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, website, physical marketing).
  • Lead bi‑annual Customer Satisfaction Surveys.
  • Assist with incoming calls and general team support.
