Automotive Sales Controller

Up to £35,000 + OTE of £25,000

Monday to Saturday (rota'd)

Our client, a busy and expanding automotive dealership, is seeking an Automotive Sales Controller to lead their successful team during a genuinely exciting time for the business.

The successful candidate will spearhead the department, offering a fantastic working environment with a great opportunity for further progression.

You will report directly to the General Manager, providing opportunities for development, growth, and working with a strong franchise that you will become passionate about.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve and strive to exceed all targets and sales objectives through a well‑developed and motivated sales team.
  • Work with senior management to formulate policies and procedures that maximise profitability from vehicles, finance, insurance, and accessory sales.
  • Maximise sales and profitability through customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Help the client achieve standards of process efficiency and cost control.
