We are supporting a global fashion and lifestyle brand in their search for a Consumer PR Manager to lead UK-based public relations efforts. About the Role

The Consumer PR Manager will be responsible for leading the UK consumer PR strategy and managing media relations to enhance brand awareness and affinity.

Responsibilities

Consumer PR Strategy

• Develop and execute UK consumer PR strategies to drive brand awareness and affinity.
• Collaborate with Brand Experience teams to support launches across fashion, beauty, and lifestyle categories.
• Identify key media outlets and ensure consistent, high-quality coverage across print and digital.
• Support regional PR initiatives aligned with broader brand goals.

Media Relations

• Manage editorial coverage across national and regional consumer media.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with editors, journalists, and influencers.
• Secure impactful features and coverage for product launches and brand storytelling.
• Craft compelling pitches and press materials tailored to consumer audiences.

Reporting & Insights

• Define KPIs and deliver timely reporting and insights.
• Monitor competitor activity and consumer trends.
• Analyse PR performance and optimise strategy accordingly.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Advise internal teams on consumer PR strategy and emerging media platforms.
• Partner with Marketing, Media, and Ecommerce teams for integrated campaigns.
• Represent the brand at key industry events and consumer-facing activation's.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of PR/Communications experience in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle.
• Strong background in consumer PR and media relations.
• Established network within fashion and beauty media.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset.
• Experience working in a global, fast-paced environment.

Working Model

Hybrid (London-based office)

Pay range and compensation package

£65,000-£72,000 (plus Annual Bonus)
