Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for technology and client relationships? Our client, a leading UK-based AV integrator with over 45 years of experience, is seeking an Account Manager (Sales) to join their dynamic team.

About the Role

As an Account Manager, you will be the primary liaison for existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth.

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Identifying and pursuing upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
  • Collaborating with the Branch Manager to support the sales process and facilitate client engagement.
  • Providing regular reports on account activity and progress against targets.
  • Addressing client concerns promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Working closely with internal teams to share best practices and contribute to overall sales success.
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
