Based at our Aberdeen Headquarters, you’ll play a key role in formulating top-tier elastomers, seeing projects through from concept to real-world application, and contributing to a company that stays ahead of industry trends.

1. Develop and optimise elastomer materials for superior performance
2. Select raw materials to enhance quality and efficiency
3. Troubleshoot process issues and maintain consistent product quality
4. Conduct in-depth testing and data analysis
5. Collaborate with R&D, production, and sales teams
6. Stay ahead of industry advancements and drive innovation

We seek an enthusiastic, forward-thinking professional who thrives on innovation and takes pride in their work.

Ideal candidates will have:

1. A degree in polymers or hands-on experience in elastomer technology
2. Expertise in elastomer materials, processing, and testing
3. Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills
4. Knowledge of industry standards (ASTM, ISO)
5. The ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects
