Based at our Aberdeen Headquarters, you’ll play a key role in formulating top-tier elastomers, seeing projects through from concept to real-world application, and contributing to a company that stays ahead of industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and optimise elastomer materials for superior performance
2. Select raw materials to enhance quality and efficiency
3. Troubleshoot process issues and maintain consistent product quality
4. Conduct in-depth testing and data analysis
5. Collaborate with R&D, production, and sales teams
6. Stay ahead of industry advancements and drive innovation

What We’re Looking For:
