Descrição da oferta de emprego

Department: Talent and Culture

Employment Type: Full Time

Location: South East

Compensation: £60,000 / year

Description

Job Type: Full-time or part time (minimum 30 hours per week)

Salary: From £60,000 (depending on experience)

We offer a competitive salary package aligned with current market rates for this role. The final offer will reflect your skills, experience, and qualifications, alongside our commitment to internal equity.

Location: South East or South West England

This is a hybrid role where you’ll mainly work from home, with travel for meetings.

We’re sharing this opportunity across a number of job boards and in a number of locations to reach as many potential applicants as possible. However, this is one single position – so wherever you see it, it’s the same great role.

What you’ll be doing

As a Learning and Organisational Development Specialist, you’ll design and deliver solutions that help clients build capability, develop their people, and strengthen organisational culture. You’ll work on projects that blend strategy and creativity — from leadership development and team effectiveness to learning culture, values, and change programmes.

Here’s a snapshot of what your day-to-day might include:

  • Designing and facilitating engaging learning programmes across leadership, management, and people topics.
  • Creating toolkits, frameworks, and blended learning resources that are practical, inclusive, and impactful.
  • Delivering OD projects that support culture, engagement, and change — using diagnostics like surveys, focus groups, and interviews to uncover insights.
  • Coaching leaders and teams to build capability, confidence, and collaboration.
  • Supporting clients with people strategy, capability planning, and team development initiatives.
  • Evaluating learning and OD impact, using data and feedback to continuously improve.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and associates to ensure joined‑up, high‑quality delivery across projects.

It’s a varied, rewarding role for someone who loves combining people insight, creativity, and practical delivery to make a real difference.

About you

You’re curious, proactive, and passionate about helping people and organisations grow. You might already be working in OD, L&D, or culture change — and you’re ready to take that experience into a consultancy environment where you can design, facilitate, and influence more broadly.

You’re someone who enjoys working with clients, spotting patterns, and creating solutions that really land.

You’ll need to be:

  • Experienced in designing and delivering learning and OD solutions that drive behaviour change.
  • Skilled at facilitation — able to engage, challenge, and inspire different audiences.
  • Confident diagnosing organisational challenges and translating insight into clear recommendations.
  • Curious, creative, and inclusive — with a strong focus on making learning relevant and accessible.
  • A great communicator who can build trusted relationships and adapt your style for different stakeholders.
  • Organised and detail‑oriented — taking pride in preparation, coordination, and follow‑through.
  • Comfortable using digital tools and learning platforms.
  • Happy to travel occasionally and hold a full UK driving licence.

Experience in consultancy, coaching, or digital learning design — and a relevant qualification such as CIPD Level 7 or a coaching qualification — would be a bonus, but not a deal breaker. What matters most to us is your experience and passion for making a real difference in this kind of role.

The Perks:
  • Competitive salary (circa £60,000 per annum)
  • 25 days’ annual leave to start, rising to 27 after one year and 29 after two years, plus bank holidays
  • Career qualifications supported and paid for where relevant with progression and development opportunities
  • Monthly homeworking allowance and all equipment provided
  • Flexible working patterns to make sure you have a good balance between your work and home life
  • Pension scheme options (including salary sacrifice) and 4% employer pension contributions, with a minimum of 4% employee contributions
  • Life assurance at four times basic salary
  • Shopping discounts platform, flu vaccinations and technology and cycle to work salary sacrifice schemes
  • Medicash health cash plan and wellbeing benefits (including EAP)
  • Enhanced family leave and twice yearly all staff get togethers
  • Unlimited remote GP appointments available 24/7
  • A growing, progressive business with people at its heart
