About The Company
Kulture Training Club is a dynamic and inclusive fitness hub based in the heart of Bristol. We pride ourselves on building a community-driven space that celebrates modern gym culture and promotes health, fitness, and mental resilience.
Few people have reshaped the fitness industry quite like Romane and Lisa Lanceford. As the world’s most followed fitness couple, they’ve created a globally recognised brand that helps millions transform both body and mindset through structured training, nutrition, and personal growth.
From launching STRNG, a next-gen fitness app, to building Kulture Training Club, a growing gym brand with multiple locations. Romane and Lisa are leading a fitness movement rooted in strength, discipline, and confidence.
If you’re fired up about making a real impact, love fast-paced environments, and want to be part of something that’s changing the game in fitness, this might just be your next move.
About The Role
We’re on the hunt for a creative, content-obsessed Social Media Manager who lives and breathes fitness. This isn’t your average desk job; we want someone who’s equally comfortable editing ad campaigns as they are filming a quick gym reel mid-workout.
You’ll be the digital voice of Kulture Training Club, building hype across social platforms, managing paid ads, optimising SEO, and crafting content that truly connects with our growing community. Bonus points if you’re already that friend who films everyone’s gym sets and edits TikToks before the post-workout protein hits.
Key Responsibilities
About You
We seek someone who’s both a strategic marketer and a passionate gym enthusiast. You don’t just follow fitness trends — you set them. You film your workouts, capture perfect lighting in the squat rack, and genuinely care about inspiring others through your content.
