Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform various tasks supporting our project operations. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety protocols. As a Laborer, you will ensure work site maintenance and task completion efficiency.

Note: Currently seasonal with potential to become full-time permanent

• Assist in preparing and cleaning up job sites before and after work activities.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Load and unload materials carefully to prevent damage.
• Follow supervisor instructions and collaborate with team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
• Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials and signs as needed.
• Follow all safety guidelines and regulations on-site.
• Work in various weather conditions when required.
• Work independently or as part of a team.

• Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
• Ability to work in different weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.

• Pay: $19.80 - $22.00 per hour
• Expected Hours: 40 per week

• Location: New Liskeard, ON (reliable commute or plan to relocate required)
