A leading building services provider in Greater London is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead all commercial activities across projects and service contracts. This role requires proven experience within MEP, construction or facilities services, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects. The position offers a competitive salary with a car allowance and performance-based bonus, alongside career progression opportunities in a rapidly expanding group.

- Proven experience as a Commercial Manager, Senior QS or similar role within MEP, Building Services, Construction or Facilities Services.
- Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment.
Responsabilités
- Lead and manage all commercial activities across projects and service contracts.
- Oversee contract administration including NEC/JCT, variations, valuations, payment applications and final accounts.
- Monitor project profitability, cost control, forecasting and financial reporting.
- Support tender submissions, pricing, bid documentation and commercial risk assessments.
- Identify commercial risks/opportunities and recommend mitigation strategies.

At SSA we're currently working with a thriving customer-focused building services provider delivering high-quality mechanical, electrical and maintenance solutions across the UK. Due to expansion, they're currently looking for an experienced commercial manager joining their leadership team in London.
