We are a small growth marketing agency helping eCommerce and SaaS brands scale through paid media, funnels and performance strategy.

Sales have so far been handled directly by the CEO. We are now looking for one senior sales professional to take ownership of sales execution and help grow the agency.

Role

We are hiring a Head of Sales to run sales end-to-end, from first contact to closing.

This is a high-ownership role. You are expected to actively drive opportunities forward, structure the sales motion, and close deals independently. You will work closely with the CEO, but you will own the sales execution.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building, selling, and closing, not waiting for perfect conditions.

What you will own
  • The full sales cycle: outreach, discovery, follow-up, proposal, closing
  • Sales calls with founders, CMOs, and decision-makers
  • Active follow-up via email, LinkedIn, and SMS
  • Creation and improvement of sales messaging and proposals
  • Qualification, negotiation, and deal closing
  • Maintaining a clear pipeline and reporting on progress

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (French is a strong plus)
  • Available part-time with overlap during CET hours
  • Able to work autonomously in a small agency environment
