Main duties of the job

As a Clinical Psychologist at Broomhill Hospital, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care for individuals with complex and enduring mental health needs. You will be responsible for conducting detailed psychological assessments, developing and delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, and creating collaborative psychological formulations. Working closely with our multidisciplinary team, youll support care planning, offer clinical consultation, and contribute to staff training and development. Youll also have the opportunity to supervise junior psychology staff and be involved in service evaluation and research, helping to shape and improve clinical practice across the hospital.
