A leading packaging technology company based in Peacehaven seeks an experienced IT Support & Systems Administrator. This hands-on role partners with the IT Manager to provide daily IT services and support strategic projects. Ideal candidates will have strong experience in IT support, particularly with Windows Server and Microsoft 365. The position offers competitive remuneration, a 37-hour week, and various benefits, including early finishes on Fridays and generous holiday allowance.

• Practical experience with helpdesk tools like Jira.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line support for IT queries.
• Triage incoming tickets in Jira for timely responses.
• Support Microsoft 365 environment for business needs.
• Assist with cyber security tasks and ERP system administration.
