A long-standing organization in Bingley is seeking an HR Officer to support recruitment processes and enhance employee relations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an HR Advisor or Officer, ideally in the education sector, and hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification. The role offers a salary of up to £36,000 per annum, along with benefits such as free on-site parking and clear opportunities for career progression.
