The HR Manager is a critical, currently standalone role responsible for owning and executing all facets of the human resources function for the organization.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract (FTC), where you will be the single point of accountability for both daily HR Operations and the strategic development of scalable HR infrastructure and policy. A key focus will be on implementing and optimising HRIS systems to automate processes, as well as providing expert employee relations guidance and ensuring full legal compliance.
You will thrive on autonomy, be highly self-sufficient, and possess the versatility to shift rapidly between strategic planning and hands‑on administrative tasks.
