We are looking to speak with experienced HR Professionals looking to join our clients HR Team as a Head of HR.

This opportunity is full time and permanent! Salary is dependent on experience but ranging up to £65,000pa.

As the Head of HR, you will join the leadership team and play a pivotal role in bringing the business vision to life. You will contribute to the development of our new strategic plan and work closely with Senior Leadership to ensure people services are delivered consistently and effectively. In this senior leadership role, you will oversee the full breadth of HR activity—from designing strategy and policies to ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an ambitious people strategy that aligns with our values and long-term goals.
  • Lead initiatives to recruit, retain, and grow high-calibre staff across the Trust.
  • Foster an inclusive, high-performing culture where staff feel engaged and supported.
  • Oversee HR policy development, employee relations, and statutory compliance.
  • Provide strategic advice to the CEO and senior leaders to support informed decision-making.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the HR team to deliver high-quality, customer-focused services.
  • Offer expert guidance on complex employment matters, ensuring issues are managed appropriately and in line with best practice.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Head of HR / in a Senior Leadership role.
  • CIPD Qualified.
  • Experience implementing strategies and polices
