We're looking for a HR Officer to join a high-performing HR team supporting a growing portfolio of software companies. This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of operational HR across multiple entities—contributing to post-acquisition integration, driving culture, and delivering strategic HR initiatives that scale.

What you'll be doing:

• Support post-acquisition HR integration and harmonisation across portfolio companies
• Partner with hiring managers to lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• Champion employee relations and culture initiatives, resolving issues and coaching managers
• Drive performance cycles, development planning, and feedback culture
• Maintain compliance across jurisdictions and support audits or due diligence
• Support compensation benchmarking and benefits alignment across regions
• Deliver operational HR excellence using HRIS tools and analytics
• Lead or contribute to projects in restructuring, training, or change management

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years’ HR generalist experience in fast-paced or M&A environments
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law (EU exposure desirable)
• Proven success working across multiple business units or structures
• CIPD qualification (or equivalent) preferred
• Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
• Confident working through ambiguity and driving change
• Tech-savvy and proficient in HRIS, Excel, and reporting tools
