Hours: 9am - 5:30pm (Monday to Friday, with an hour for lunch) Office Based.
We are excited to be looking for a Property Manager due to growth at our London based brand, Esskay. The successful candidate will manage his / her own portfolio and manage all aspects of residential property management (legal, maintenance, repairs, major works, HR, financial, health and fire safety, etc) to ensure that all buildings, clients, leaseholders and residents\' requirements, management agreements services, and expectations are met. Weekly or fortnightly visits to each building, attendance to Directors meetings, Annual General Meetings are required and as per management and management agreements.
