What You’ll Do
  • Manage tenancies from start to finish: client & tenant liaison, inspections, maintenance oversight
  • Conduct viewings, qualify applicants, negotiate terms, and set up tenancy documentation
  • Produce polished marketing materials and bring a professional touch to every property
  • Handle check-outs, deposit negotiations and returns
  • Perform administrative duties, support marketing via social media, and be a trusted point of contact
Who You Are
  • Excellent communicator, organised, with a practical understanding of property matters
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); comfortable learning new software
  • Detail-oriented, methodical, able to juggle competing tasks under deadlines
  • Self-motivated, but collaborative; you’ll thrive both alone and as part of a team
  • In possession of (or willing to get) a full UK driving licence
  • Willing to undertake the ARLA Propertymark Level 3 qualification (company-sponsored)
