About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly experienced Senior Property Acquisition Manager to lead Boots Hearingcare’s property strategy and shape the future of our retail network. Reporting to the Head of Property, you’ll manage the full acquisition process- from market analysis and site selection through to negotiation, due diligence, and contract completion.
Working closely with Boots UK Estates, Project Management, and internal stakeholders across Operations, Finance, and Location Planning, you’ll deliver new store openings, relocations, and shop-in-shop opportunities that balance quality, compliance, and cost effectiveness. You’ll also maintain a pipeline of opportunities, track progress for senior leaders, and provide insights on market trends and competitor activity.
This role suits a strategic thinker and skilled negotiator who can secure the right properties in the right locations, driving growth, efficiency, and exceptional customer experiences.
