Compensation

Compensation: $55,000 – $60,000 annually

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Oversee daily operations of a multifamily property
  • Ensure compliance with tax credit regulations and reporting requirements
  • Manage, coach, and support a small team of office and maintenance staff
  • Provide excellent service to tenants and prospective residents
  • Handle maintenance concerns and vendor coordination
  • Drive occupancy, retention, and financial goals when the property transitions to conventional housing
  • Engage in marketing and community networking to strengthen visibility
