Qualifications

  • Degree-qualified (MRICS but not essential).
  • Previous experience in commercial property management is preferred.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Organized and proactive in managing multiple priorities.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car required.

Overview

Location: Newcastle. Competitive salary + package. This role sits in the Property Management team in Newcastle, where you'll be managing commercial sites across the North of England. It's varied, fast paced, and offers plenty of client contact. If you enjoy a mix of strategic management, site visits, and hands-on problem solving, this will suit you perfectly.

What you’ll be doing
  • Managing a portfolio of commercial properties for key clients.
  • Building strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and stakeholders.
  • Carrying out site inspections and ensuring clear action plans are delivered.
  • Overseeing leases, tenancy schedules, compliance, and reporting.
  • Handling budgets, service charges, arrears recovery, and financial reporting.
  • Working alongside in-house lease advisory, agency, and building consultancy teams.
