Overview

haart Estate Agents in Coventry is seeking a Property Management Manager to take charge of its property management team. We are looking for someone with a solid track record in managing residential properties, combined with experience in leading and motivating a team. The role carries responsibility for maintaining compliance, driving performance, and ensuring an exceptional level of service for our landlords and tenants. Strong people management skills and a thorough knowledge of current property legislation are essential.

What you'll be doing as a Property Management Manager at haart Estate Agents in Coventry
  • Managing a team of property managers.
  • Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (including but not limited to conducting one-to-one meetings).
  • Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.
  • Property inspections.
  • Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals.
  • Co-ordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties.
  • Deposit returns.
  • Resolving rental arrears.
  • Processing eviction requests.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
  • Completing all check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports.

Minimum requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Property Manager within residential lettings.
  • Creates and encourages a positive team spirit and enjoyable working environment.

  • Create and maintain strong relationships with all clients.
  • Strong knowledge of current residential lettings legislation. You must hold a valid Full UK Driving Licence.

Salary and benefits
  • £28,500 to £39,000 basic salary, dependent on experience.
  • An additional £10,925 in uncapped commission targets across the year.
  • £39,425 up to £49,925 complete on-target earnings.

Requirements to proceed in the recruitment process
