If you are a professional Property Manager seeking a local position with a progressive organisation then this position could be right for you.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties and maintaining service levels
• Planning cyclical maintenance and managing reactive works when required
• Visiting properties to carry out a thorough Site inspection
• Liaising with residents and dealing with any tenancy issues that occur
• Maintaining regular contact with Insurance Brokers and managing any claims that occur
• Liaising with leaseholders to ensure they are kept up to date on any issues that occur
